Comments about Sea Gull Lighting Creme Silk Fabric Lamp Shade:
[...] I got this shade for a small lamp that I had purchased previously and the shade was way too big for it. I thought it would be the right size and style, but it was not. So now I am stuck with a shade I cannot use at all [...] Guess I will be donating it to a charitable organization. The shade itself is good quality if I could only use it.
Service and delivery comments:
It got here promptly, but was not packaged well. The box was completely crushed and was gaping open. I did not even need scissors to get into the box because it had a huge gap. I am surprised the shade did not fall out. The carrier quickly left it like this at my door and left, so I was unable to talk to him about the condition. However, the shade was not damaged... but like I said in product comments, I cannot use it because it is not the right size and style for the lamp I was trying to fit. It is a nice shade, just cannot use it. I did not contact customer service because I read that I would have to pay the shipping to get it here and to send it back and that would cost more than what I had paid to begin with for the shade.
