My online shopping experience was so smooth. The light came in perfect shape, it was easy for my husband to install (and he is NOT handy!), and it's very beautiful in our kitchen. I really love it. One thing I would recommend is to get lower watt bulbs than what is suggested in the packaging - 5 100w bulbs are pretty darn bright!
