This fire barrier housing is specifically designed for residential and commercial applications that require floors/ceilings to be one hour fire-rated. This housing features an easy to install design that will reduce installation costs/time and is ideal for multi-family dwellings such as apartment buildings, assisted living communities, and hospital facilities.
