I recently ordered this product for my client and the lamp shade looks nothing like the photo. In the pictures the shade looks like a white shade with a black ribbon; however when you get the lamp the shade is a charcoal color with a black ribbon. It still is beautiful, however my client didn't like it and my only option is to pay ~$60 for to return them. Hopefully the photos will be updated sometime soon so that other customers will not be disappointed with their purchase.
