This is a beautiful fixture, as are all of the Quoizel Yuma series, however installation was far from easy. The chain that is included is unusually heavy and basically cannot be opened to adjust it's length with normal pliers. My thoughts are that if a lamp can't be installed with normal household tools the manufacturer needs to include the tools or at least provide a notice with the product description.
