We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Mounted in a small dining room that is currently used as a den; high enough to allow for room circulation, but would also look great over a table. Set on a dimmer, warm low light or very bright on full power. The glass is beautiful, better than expected. Easy to assemble, overall lots of character.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery very prompt, product in great condition -- but the mounting screws were missing. This is the second time we've had parts problems with CSN, the first time they charged us return shipping for the fixture (different model - Crystorama); this time we just went to Home Depot and bought the screws. Also ironic were the Quoizel instructions: "missing a part? We are SURE we have included it, look again." Believe me, they weren't there.
