This is the second time I bought this particular fixture, so I like it a lot. It is well made and easy to change the bulbs when they go out. The design is a good alternative for throwing a bit more light than the solid can style modernist fixtures, it still works well on a modern style house. I think it would look odd on a traditional house or one trying to look traditional. It is completely enclosed with gaskets to seal the glass domes from the elements so it holds up in all kinds of weather. The aluminum base is very sturdy and the fixture is well manufactured.
