Whether on a treadmill or having your hair done, the Flamingo therapeutic floor lamps stand at a height of 46” providing the warm and basking light your body craves. At 10-12” away, the Flamingo delivers 10,000 lux and should be used for 20-30 minutes. At 18”, the Flamingo therapeutic light delivers 5,000 lux of light, and it is recommended to use for about one hour each day, preferably in the morning while working out, for example. The treatment works through the eyes, but does not necessitate looking directly into the light.         This light is amazing. If using it for therapeutic purposes it is 100% fit. The light is bright for normal everyday use but I bought it for my husband who has a hard time in the winter. Thirty minutes a day right next to the light (like while reading) provides the same benefits as a warm sunny day. Well worth the money. [...]. Easy to assemble. The light is not the most adjustable light ever but can be moved to wherever you want to use it. Definate good buy.
