About Murray Feiss:
Over fifty years ago, Rose Feiss, an immigrant with talent and spirit, began sewing lampshades to occupy her time while her son Murray was serving in the Navy during WWII. What began as an endeavor to pass the time, developed into a cottage industry filling the days of many wives and mothers in The Bronx, NY. After the war, Murray joined his mother’s business and expanded it to include portable lighting. The company moved to larger headquarters, and the business grew. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

This light is not only attractive and modern, but it goes with all of my "square" faucet fixtures. It was easy to install and I can use CFL bulbs to save energy and costs! The tool provided to install the bulbs was a must. I installed it with the shades downward, but you can also install them upward.I am very happy with this product. It was also a bit heavy and definitely durable. Price was right also!

I love the style - works very well in my bathroom over the double sinks. Plenty of light. Make sure the bottom of the shades don't overlap the mirror since the reflection of the lights in the mirror can be a bit strong. Initially I used 75W incandescent bulbs (could take up to 100W), but I could really feel the heat output, so I switched them all to the compact fluorescents. I did not install this myself - an electrician did. There is a flat wrench-like tool that is provided with the fixtures to help screw on the shades. The electrician said they were the most difficult part of the job. We will need to keep that tool in case a shade should ever need to be replaced.

I used this item in the main bathroom changed all the fitting to oil rubbed bronze and found this light to compliment the other fixtures. Very attractive looks great in my modern bathroom. I really love it.

The package came as expected. The box was big couldn't beleive that I ordered this. Didn't really pay attention to the size on the website, just ordered it because it was nice looking. While! what a beautiful addition to the bathroom. Everything arrived in great condition. Called customer service was great communicators very helpful. Would definitely order from in the future.

great fixture...I was worried that due to the narrowly designed glass, I was not going to be able to get my fingers inside, in order to mount the glass. Yet, the fixture came with a tool designed to do exactly that...perfect..a great fixture, at a great price!
