About Murray Feiss:
Over fifty years ago, Rose Feiss, an immigrant with talent and spirit, began sewing lampshades to occupy her time while her son Murray was serving in the Navy during WWII. What began as an endeavor to pass the time, developed into a cottage industry filling the days of many wives and mothers in The Bronx, NY. After the war, Murray joined his mother’s business and expanded it to include portable lighting. The company moved to larger headquarters, and the business grew. Three generations have nurtured the company and it now stands as a leader with a reputation for impeccable craftsmanship, innovative design and honest value. In 2002 the company opened a five and one-half million cubic foot, state of the art distribution center. The company now occupies several square blocks on Rose Feiss Boulevard in The Bronx, renamed by the Mayor of New York in honor of the company’s matriarch.
With pride in the past and commitment to the future, Feiss has expanded its extensive, copyrighted line of products to include grand chandeliers, casual fixtures, vanity bath lights with coordinated bath hardware, outdoor lighting, lamps, torchieres, wall brackets, and decorative accessories. A talented award winning in-house design team of industrial, graphic and interior designers work with engineers and draftsmen, color forecasters, and quality control experts to guarantee that only the finest materials are used and design integrity is maintained. These designs are brought to life in factories overseas, where over 3,500 skilled professionals manufacture the exclusive product. Every product is meticulously finished and quality tested, not once but twice by an independent team of engineers.

Comments about Murray Feiss Boulevard 3 Light Vanity Light in Oil Rubbed Bronze:
We looked high and low for a light fixture to match our Moen ORB bath and vanity fixtures. We were glad to see this product was still available as we had used the 2 light version 4 years ago in our master bath. As a plus, you can use florescent bulbs to save $$$.

Light Fixture was better than expected. It's heavy duty and colors are exactly as pictured on line. Great value for the price and very easy to install, I did it myself.

Comments about Murray Feiss Boulevard 3 Light Vanity Light in Oil Rubbed Bronze:
The light fixture is a perfect style for the California/Asian themed bathroom update we planned. It was difficult to install but that might be related to the particulars of our space, although some of the directions were a little difficult to interpret.

Comments about Murray Feiss Boulevard 3 Light Vanity Light in Oil Rubbed Bronze:
This fixture is used along with the 6-light version over a double sink vanity. This 3-light fixture is used on a side mirror. The fixtures take up to 100W bulbs, so there is plenty of variation in the light output possible. I only used 75W's, and that was quite a bit of light. But, the heat output from incandescent bulbs was too much for the bathroom space. I put compact fluorescents in the 6-light fixture, and I put 40W bulbs in the 3-light fixture (because I was too cheap to buy more fluorescents.) The 6-light is the main light source, so I didn't need strong light from the 3-light source anyway. The electrician said that the hardest part of the install was putting on the shades. A flat wrench-like tool is provided with the fixture. You would need to keep that in case you ever had to change a shade. The bulbs were easy to screw in.
