- Please be certain to turn off the power and allow fixtures or lamps to cool down completely prior to attempting any cleaning or maintenance. Wipe the fixture with a dampened cloth, use mild soapy water or plain water. Clean glass with a household glass cleaner. Do not use any cleaners that contain abrasives or solvents. To avoid damage to the finish on post and pier mounted lanterns in snowy areas, we recommend preventing the accumulation of snow on the fixture. Outdoor lanterns may benefit from using a slight amount of non-abrasive liquid car polish to protect the finish. Please note that this may change or darken the appearance on certain painted finishes. Remove glass shades from fixtures before applying any liquid to them. The special glass on this item should be handled very carefully while cleaning to avoid removing the unique surface texture. This glass can be cleaned with plain water, or mild soapy water, then rinsed and let air dry.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required."
