We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I am using it in a bathroom as vanity lighting. It is really beautiful, but it had a few flaws. The scroll part on one side was bent, but it was such a good deal I chose to go ahead and just keep it. The only other thing was that it was hard to get light bulbs screwed in once mounted on the wall. Otherwise, it was a great deal for the price.
