We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Moves air well in my 11x11 room. Very stylish fan. Easy to install.
Service and delivery comments:
Item shipped when scheduled. Yet I don't know why it took a week to ship the fan. It shipped on Friday and FedEx delivered it on Saturday so the shipping was fast once it shipped. Customer service was very courteous with the price match and shipping estimate. Excellent customer service!!
