The moai sculpture is very well made; it's thick blue glass and looks quite resistant. When the lamp is on, it turns bright green and fills with hypnotizing green and blue lightning arcs. It also reacts when you touch the glass, with the electricity following your fingers. Also, I noticed that this lamp doesn't heat up at all even when it has been on for hours. I'm so glad I got my own moai !
