We were looking for something that would blend in with our hill-country home...and this is a great fit. It's rustic, yet has a classic look. Looks great on the back porch.

This is an attractive and rustic design. It could actually have been larger to get the best effect. There is a horizontal support strut from the base to the lamp shade that I would like to see either eliminated, which would require a heavier main support. Another note about the horizontal strut is that it is a little short, which keeps the shade from being completely level in relation to the mounting base. Applying any of these suggestions would enhance the rustic aesthetics of this lamp to look more like the old style lamp we had been looking for.
It is the best looking lamp we could find for the rustic effect we were trying to accomplish.
