We hung this light over our island. We had an electrician install it (we are not do it yourselfers), so I'm not sure about the ease of installation, but we are very happy with the appearance of the light.

We love this light over our kitchen island. At first the light was a little too bright, but we are getting used to it. It does not use standard light bulbs so be aware. From the photo it looks like the metal has more red in it than it truly does. This is really not a problem for us, but you should be aware that it's much more black than bronze.

Installed over kitchen island. Very simple lines giving it a modern feel but not straying too far from the traditional look. Would have liked to have it a bit larger in size but the light it emits is more than enough for our 9.5' island.

While we had someone assemble and install, the finished product came out better than expected. I needed a light that was not bulky or heavy in looks, but gave out a good even light. This is definitely what we were looking for.
