I had selected another item for my Sun Room from another on-line retailer and they messed up the order countless times. At the end of the day I was glad because that led me to this fixture which was exactly what I wanted for my new Sun Room. The item looks EXACTLY like the picture and was very easy to install - just took a few moments. This pendant finished my room in just the right way. I received the item very quickly and had no troubles with the processing.
