I thought this lamp was priced great and very attractive. The only modifications I made was to lubricate the hinge points which made adjusting lamp placement easier and makes for less stress on the wall mount. Attaching securely to the wall unless to a stud will take anchors that expand behind the drywall ( use 3 ) and not the plastic anchors included. They would eventually loosen. Not a cheaply made fixture.

My only disappointment is in the color of the shade- it's different than pictured, doesn't work in my room, so I'll need to spend more money on a different shade. Other than that, I love the iron work- very attractive! It works great as a reading lamp.

We love how the product works in our bedroom adding a beautiful ambiance and perfect reading light even at the lowest setting. The only difficulty was in purchasing a better mounting device. We love the lights and are very happy we purchased them.
