I don't think there's anything wrong with this item. It's just that this light is only 13 watts. It says that in the description, but I didn't realize how dim that really is. Its light only reaches a very small area, so make sure that's what you are looking for. I bought it because of its energy-saving characteristic. Now I know why that's the case. Otherwise, I think the light is fine.
