I am filling this out, but I consider doing so "a pain". If I had any problems I would have contacted customer service. I don't have a lot to say about a clip on reading lamp. I chose it because I liked the design and it works. The price was reasonable. What else is there?

Really hard to find a quality clip on light like this. I had one for years till my 2 year old destroyed it. not the best price for an item like this, but it is the best quality.
