Purchased the GS-94F. Installed it in the front yard. Illumination is no where near what I would like. The light worked for three days, then it rained and the light hasn't worked since. Checked the light. Had water in all of the plastic bulb globes as well as the battery compartment. Drained the water and cleaned the batteries as best I could. Still doesn't work. Looks great during the day when the sun is out. Can't see it at all during the night. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Don't waste your money on this product if you are in a northern area or if you expect anything more than a weak glow. I live in Wisconsin and according to online info solar cells should charge to some degree even on cloudy days. This one doesn't and so far they have sent two replacements, both of which were defective and were returned. While my ultra expensive lamp is off, the neighbors "dime a dozen" pathway lights are on. Gamasonic model 94 post lamp is not the product for quality or reliability!

used this to replace an old gas light near end of driveway. It gives off a similar light to the gas light and there is obviously no cost to operate.

Light saves energy as it replaces a gas light that burned all the time. It has an adequate area of illumination, but the solar light doesn't last all night. Mine is in an area that gets direct sun, so you might not want this product if it is to be installed in a shady area.

We replaced our old electric driveway lamp post light with this solar version. It was very easy to install-only tool needed was a screw driver-it fit perfectly on the existing post. The lamp looks nice, but the light is not very bright and it does not stay on all night, leaving me without a light when backing out the drive in the early morning. I would only recommend this product to a friend that does not have to rely on it being lit when needed.

I am returning this product due to very dim lighting. I thought with the high price that I could expect something better than average. I was dissappointed. Looks very nice during the day-time though.

The lumen output for this solar lamp would be roughly equivalent to between a 60 watt and 75 watt incandescent bulb, just around 800-1100 lumens.
