We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. I live in a single family home type condo community. The addresses currently are at the top of each families garage. Mine previously could not be seen at night or easily from the road. I wanted something for friends and emergency workers to use. I previously would stand outside my home with a flashlight to guide friends to my home. Now this captures the sun during the day, its visible then as something larger to see. And at night it works wonders with its bright green numbers. I think it helps my neighbors too as anyone looking for a number now has mine to guide them up or down addr numbers. I'd completely recommend it 100%. I used a local handyman to install, but its just a matter of locating where the sun hits your property and lining up the drilling of two screws into the wall.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It is a nice sign, with good lighting. The only problem is my front yard has little or no sun where I mounted it on the front of the garage. So the battery does not charge. Would be good if it had a transformer backup.
