      Yesterday my son and I took the lamp apart for the tenth time, trying to make it stable. We used Teflon tape and ticker masking tape to try and make the connection tight. The treads are too soft and will not stay tight, especially the connection 3" up from the base. The top of which is slightly rounded. I threw the box away or would somehow return it.

      this lamp had no instructions. It would wobble, loose bottom pole would screw into base. finally took comlete lamp apart, along time for a one armed man, ud did base reworked fitting. I am still nervous about ever moving lamp for fear of it becoming un steady again. would I buy from you again, probably, yes. This lamp was non returnable I know now why.
