We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Comments about Elk Lighting Arco Baleno Three Light Linear Pendant in Satin Nickel:
The light is nice and the glass shades are pretty and good quality. We ordered the red shade and it turned out more orange-red than I wanted (would have preferred something more blue-red / maroon). So difficult to tell from the pictures. Ended up getting a different shade (Sandy Glass).
Service and delivery comments:
We installed the light and then decided that the shades just weren't right after living with them for a few days so wanted to exchange only the glass shades. CSN wasn't set up to do that so it was a nightmare. The Customer Service group was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, to get the exchange to happen (without returning the entire light fixture which I paid to have installed), I had about 5 calls into CSN and another 2 into the manufacturer. It worked out in the end and I give CSN credit for going outside of their normal procedures.
