The holes did not line up to my fan but all I had to do was to make them bigger with a drill.

[...]One fan blade was severely gouged during shipment, however. Had to take care to make sure that side of the blade was pointed toward the ceiling during installation.Two of the three holes in the replacement blades did not match and I had to drill new ones on all 20 of the fan blades I installed. Took forever.
