We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Had this almost a year. LIke the other review -- its slow -- but I didn't mind that. I have had to remove the soap container at least 3 times to check to see if its empty (and yes, I mixed the soap with water as instructed). It doesn't seem plugged -- it just doesn't siphon/suck well. Now I'm calling for warranty because it won't siphon at all ...

The flow of soap is slow and not very constant. I believe it needs a bigger supply tube. The finish is great. And it is simple to install.
